Ordering an item from Manekineko? We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
DELIVERY TIME
When you place an order with Manekineko, we will estimate about 2 to 5 days for shipping address in the United States or 5 to 10 days for shipping address in Japan or any other country. The actual delivery time is based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
CALCULATING COST
Shipping costs for orders from Manekineko depend upon the method and option you choose.
If the shipping address is in the United States, the cost will be calculated based on United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Each ounce costs 8 cents plus $1.69 signature confirmation and tracking number.
If the shipping address is in Japan or any other country, the cost will be calculated according to the following formula:
shipping_weight < 48 ounces: total_cost = $8.00 + (shipping_weight * 0.40 cent) + $0.75 handling fee
shipping_weight > 48 ounces: total_cost = $16.00 + (shipping_weight * 0.20 cent) + $0.75 handling fee
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The total weight of all items can be found at the checkout page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the 4th decimal place of ounce.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from Manekineko, for any reason, for a full refund of product cost if and only if the items are still in their original condition.
We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. We only refund full amount of
product cost. Shipping fee can not be refunded since we already paid for package to be shipped out to
customer's shipping address. Customer is fully responsible for shipping fee when returning the package to us.
